Jibe Support is available 24/7 to carrier, OEM, and developer customers.  Hosted customers receive 24/7 monitoring and availability in a Tier 1 Data Center located in the San Francisco Bay Area or in Bielefeld, Germany.

Jibe also provides Level 2 and Level 3 support for carrier and OEM customers, and Level 1 developer support for partners building applications on the Jibe Platform.  End user support is available for Jibe branded applications and services.
