Senior Java Engineer

• 6+ years of hands-on java development experience
• 2-3 years in a lead development role, facilitating design/development and mentoring of building high-availability, scalable and high-performance web applications
• Thorough knowledge and experience with common design patterns and service-oriented architectures (SOA), REST and event based architectures
• Java, J2EE(EJB,JSP/Servlets), XML/XSL, JMS, JNDI, JMX, SOAP, transaction management.
• Unix/Linux development environments and web frameworks such as Struts/Spring
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of java application servers and servlet containers such as Jetty and Tomcat
• Experience with database design, SQL modeling and database transactions

Senior Device Engineer

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience designing and developing C++ for mobile devices, PDAs or embedded platforms, 8-10 years of professional experience is ideal.
• Must have 2 years hands-on experience with Android, 3-5 years experience on another platform such as J2ME, Symbian, BREW, or embedded platforms.
• Have successfully shipped numerous products and experience with complete software lifecycle, with proven ability to write understandable technical documentation for customers and partners.
• Thorough knowledge of mobile standards, such as 3G, Edge, SIP, GSM, CDMA, and WCDMA, SMS, MMS and WAP standards.
• Expertise developing wireless data and messaging services.
• Experience with SIP/IMS/RCS protocols within a mobile environment
• Experience with peer to peer video streaming, video playback and capture using standards based codecs and protocols such as H.263, H.264, 3GPP mpeg4, AMR
• Thorough understanding and competency in security, compression and network connectivity issues when developing data intensive application, and common solutions to those issues.
